STUDENTS-EMPLOYERS INTERACTIVE ATTRIBUTES:

ELIM Virtual University believes that our students need to work on five areas that employers value: Communication Skills, Creative Problem-Solving Ability, Resourcefulness, Curiosity and Professionalism. These attributes will be inculcated in the minds of the students’ right from their entry into the Engineering Colleges to enable them to think from a broad perspective.  A special forum for Institution-Industry Interaction will be set up in the selected Engineering Colleges, if it does not already exist.

SELF BENCHMARKING (CORE VALUES):

The core of education is discipline and all other values of education are built around it. As an effort to develop these core values, separate Counseling Centers will be set up for boys and girls to address their grievances and personal problems. These Counseling Centers will be effective round the clock to handle emergency situations in the Hostels.  Self benchmarking is the process of setting up standards and norms of high quality for self assessment and evaluation which will contribute to the growth of individuals. A stringent self appraisal or review will be conducted for each trainee/employee at the end of every three months of the tenure of service. Self benchmarking will also be applied to the students undergoing skills development training in the selected Institutions. We are committed to follow the best practices that are being followed in every reputed organization. The set of norms, code of practice, rules and regulations of quality self benchmarking will be available in the self  benchmarking manual, is  under preparation and will be published shortly.

Our online courses are based on LMS (Learning Management Systems) which are SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) compliant.
