What is ELIM?
ELIM is an acronym for Experiential Learning by Innovative Methodologies. It follows the model of Kolb's cycle of Experiential Learning as shown below:

Before we enroll one student or professional in this Virtual University, we ensure that he or she will become employable after completion of the course. This is a proposal to promote online courses in India by providing a platform for effective technology integrated learning in specialized areas with industry-institute interaction. 

Vision: To impart quality technology integrated online training in specialized areas of core electrical engineering and computer science by providing a solid platform for fresh engineering graduates to become employable after acquiring the desired competencies.

Mission: This program will implement innovative projects in the areas and manifest the concepts of design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of new and innovative products, which will be market ready.
